PBL
This term we have been learning about nutrition brain science mindfulness and physical activity and after we had done all these we had to choose the one we were most interested in and investigate more.
What we learned about brain science
we learnt how our brain works and the three most impotent parts of your brain .
What we learnt in nutrition what's healthey and what things are grains fruit and veges and protein
We learned in mindfulness that bubble breathing and coloring in can calm you down.
in physical activity we learned how to keep our heart rate up and where are pulse was we also learned that you can't use your thumb to feel your pulse because your thumb sort of has a pulse
