This week we have been focusing on making a fitness circuit. To make this we had to add different types of stretches and exercises. Here are the requirements that we had to have in our circuit. This is my circuit.
- An aerobic component
- A muscular endurance component - body weight
- An anaerobic component

ReplyDeleteI thought it was great how you included the requirements for the circuit. Your circuit looks really clear and easy to follow too. Yes I have had to make a fitness circuit before when I was training as part of a squad for Netball Mainland. They used to pay someone to create a circuit with us that we would do about 4 times a week. This really helped me to get better at playing netball! I hope you find this circuit helps you to be more fit when you play netball too. I was wondering if you have tested your fitness circuit?
