Maths W11

Hello and welcome back to my blog.
the goal for this week is:
Identify and describe 2D and 3D shapes using mathematical language Level 4 - Identify and sort 2D and 3D shapes into classes. Define the properties of the shapes and justify the decisions made.
This week for math we were also working in home bases. We all did the same task which was sorting shapes working out how many faces edges they had and stuff like that. We also had to do another task of our choice. I decided to do the multi link cube one  the pictures are bellow. we had to follow steps to make shapes to make a cube and then we had to use paper with dots on it to break up a cube and draw out what they would look like on paper.  Thank you for reading my blog. Here is my create task.

Reading W11

Hello and welcome back to my blog.
This week for reading we have been working in home bases because we have cross country on Thursday. For my reading task the goal is: Visualize using all of the senses, and talk about how this enriches meaning. For my create task I created a poster/google drawing to show what my vision was for this text and on the sides I have part of the text that helps me think about what it would look like.
Here is my create task. Thank you for reading my blog.

Do you like to visualize when you read?

Hello and welcome back to my blog.

This week for reading the goal was: identify some text events and features, and discuss what they make the reader think about. Identify at least one important idea and justify why it is important. Identify several ideas, discuss the author's stance or purpose, and understand relationships in the text. For this goals create task I used a template and filled it in after I read the book here is my two templates.
Have you ever read any of these books if so do you agree with these statements?

Reading

Hi guys and welcome back to my blog.

Thi week for reading the goal was: visualise using all of the senses and talk about how this enriches the meaning. For this task I used a template which was the shape of glasses and I used 2 of the book covers and the summary of the book to think about what it would look like another part was that we had to think about what senses were used. Here is my create task. Thank you for reading my blog.

Do you ever think about what senses they use?
